ABOUT MEDINA HALL

Medina Hall is a private, DIY-friendly event venue in Ozone Park, Queens, near the Brooklyn border. With room for up to 160 guests, the venue provides a flexible setting for weddings, birthdays, baby and bridal showers, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, repasts, cultural celebrations, corporate events, and community gatherings.

OUR OZONE PARK STORY

Medina Hall grew from a local family’s need for more room to celebrate. Their Ozone Park apartments were too small for larger gatherings, so the family first leased a hall for their own events. Medina Hall has served the community since the mid-2000s.

Medina Hall is part of the Queens Party Hall family, operated by Queens Party Hall Inc., a family-owned and women-owned New York business registered on August 5, 2015.

Over the years, the goal has remained straightforward: give local families, organizations, and event professionals an adaptable space where they can build a celebration around their plans and budget.

WHY HOSTS CHOOSE MEDINA

  • Up to 160 Guests: Medina’s supplied maximum capacity is 160 guests. The best layout depends on seating, dance-floor, DJ, food-service, and decoration requirements.

  • Flat Room Rate: Medina is rented at a flat room rate rather than through a traditional per-person catering package.

  • Bring Your Own Food: Customers may bring their own food or work with a caterer of their choice, subject to current venue policies. Medina Hall does not provide food.

  • Food-Preparation Area: Customers have access to a prep-kitchen area with a sink and running water. It is not a commercial kitchen and does not have a gas line, stoves, or warmers.

  • Deposit: $1,000
  • Cleaning fee: $95, plus 8.875% tax
  • Alcohol: $175 venue bartender required when alcohol is served
